Started in East London, Trusted Across London & Essex
Steadfast Heat Fix was founded in 2014 by a Gas Safe engineer who had spent years working for larger companies and kept seeing the same problems: customers waiting all day for engineers who showed up late, vague pricing that changed after the job, and boilers replaced when a simple repair would have done.
We started with one engineer, one van, and a simple commitment — be the heating company we'd want to call ourselves. Show up on time, price honestly, explain what's wrong in plain English, and stand behind every job with a guarantee.
Word spread. Customers who had experienced the usual frustrations — missed appointments, unclear pricing, engineers who couldn't diagnose a fault — found us and kept coming back. They told their neighbours, their letting agents, their landlords.
Today we cover all London boroughs plus prestigious Essex — Brentwood, Shenfield, Chigwell, Loughton and beyond. We have a team of Gas Safe engineers, but we've never lost the values we started with.
